The room was spacious and clean, with an extremely comfy bed and great pillows. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Just wish they had Christmas decorations up when I visited. I really loved the city view from the room, too!

The staff was exceptional, making our celebration memorable with thoughtful surprises like a cake and wine for our birthdays. The breakfast featured homemade yogurt, which was a delightful touch, and the bar had a friendly atmosphere. However, the parking was limited, with only ten spaces, leading to a bit of hassle at busy times. Additionally, the location, while close to key areas, was slightly noisy at night, which might disturb light sleepers. Overall, a very pleasant experience worth sharing!

We had an amazing experience during our anniversary trip, thanks to the stunning city view from our room and the lovely surprise waiting for us from the staff. When we weren't enjoying the beautiful view, we took advantage of the relaxing atmosphere by lounging by the pool and exploring the cozy gardens. The only downside was the pricey breakfast, but it didn’t dampen our spirits at all! 😊

I loved the warm welcome from the staff at the reception. They surprised me with a cake and drink for my birthday. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Alameda metro, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. However, I faced issues with the air conditioning. it struggled to keep the room cool on hot days. The noise from the street outside was a little disruptive at night. Breakfast offered good variety, but the coffee could be stronger. A bit more attention to maintenance would help, especially with the bathroom fixtures. Overall, a solid stay with room for improvements.

A Cost-Effective Option for Solo Travelers
The staff was exemplary, going out of their way to help me with gluten-free recommendations. Also, the room had a kettle which allowed me to brew tea whenever I wanted, a little luxury after a long day.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still reasonable given the overall experience.

Location is a breeze, just a short walk to the metro for easy access to the city's hotspots. Cozy rooms feature unique, local décor, giving it a true Portuguese vibe.
The air conditioning is more of a suggestion than a feature, barely cooling the rooms during summer's heat, which can be a deal-breaker for comfort. Showers suffer from weak water pressure that can fluctuate, making washing up a hassle. Street noise from nearby festivities can disrupt sleep, especially if you're in a room facing the main roads. Navigating from the airport requires a taxi, and the cost can add up—about 20 euros at night. Not to mention, breakfast at 10 euros feels a tad overpriced for what's offered.
